structured settlement buyer

Why should one sell structured settlement buyer settlements for cash?

You should not even consider selling your structured settlement buyer settlement payments for cash unless you have exhausted and explored all other options. It's a very expensive cost of money and could seriously impact your financial viability.

Companies come up with all sorts of gimmicks to get people to part with their structured settlement buyer settlements. Much of it can be easily rubbished!

If you are based in Florida be very careful,  I am aware of judges there who have approved multiple transactions in a short period of time when it was clearly not in a person's best interest. Be careful not to accept bribes or inducements to go to a state other than your home state and be darn sure you don't state in a court document your residence other than what it really is.

It is as simple, if the interest rates are lucrative - go for it and rest in peace, because if the settlements fail - you are left in lurch.

They want cash now not later and they don't care that someone else is going to make money on the transaction from them directly.

Take my $100,000 that I'll get over the next 4 years ($25k per year) and give me $75k NOW.

No benefits in my opinion.
