There was a time when “Grooming” was not a word made for men. Thankfully times have changed but we don't see any article or anyone which we can follow to groom our-self. The trick to groom is not to apply all expensive products but to develop a quick & simple daily routine.

Below am discussing easy grooming tips all men should get into :

Before Sleeping

Brush Your Teeth's : Brush your teeth's twice daily with soft-bristled brush which reaches all parts of your teeth's. Bad breath & yellow teeth's are big No. You can also apply “Baking soda” & “Lemon” for better result.

Floss : Flossing gives you extra cleaning of teeth's and reaches where your brush can't reach. If you don't floss, bacteria build up there and resulting which you loose your teeth's in some time.

Wash Hands and Legs : Wash your hands & legs twice daily for a cleaner and fairer tone.

Soak 20 Almonds : Soak 20 Almonds night before sleeping and consume them in the morning. We all have heard the advice that eating almonds after soaking them in water overnight is good for health. Well, let me tell you why ?

  1. Almonds are the great source of Folic acid, which is a essential vitamin for the fetus’s brain and neurological system. For the pregnant lady it is best to consume soaked almonds as it will helps in proper growth of an unborn child.
  2. Soaked almonds helps in proper and easier digestion of proteins & fats.
  3. Soaked almonds increases the amount of alpha to copherol in the blood which helps in maintaining blood pressure and especially effective in men between the age of 30 and 70.
  4. Soaked almonds keeps you heart healthy.
  5. It maintains a check om the levels of bad cholesterol
  6. Yes, It also helps in loosing weight also.

Meditate : It has many benefits, Some major benefits are :
  • Lower Blood Pressure
  • Better sleep
  • Less anxiety
  • Faster healing
  • Decreased use of drugs, alcohol and cigarettes
  • Lower cholesterol
  •  Stronger immune response

How to meditate ?

There are many ways to mediate, but the simple & easy to meditate is :
  1. sit or lie comfortably
  2. close your eyes
  3. get the ear plugs in the ear (I recommend 3M ear plugs which costs only 15 INR)
  4. Just focus all your attention on the breathe. How you inhale and exhale.
  5. Let all the topics & dreams coming to your mind, in the starting you will experience that you go through with a lot of conversations running in mind but just focus on the breathe as you exhale and inhale and after some time you will stop all the conversation coming to your mind.

Upon wakeup

Drink a glass full of a mixture of Honey, Lemon and Luke warm water as soon as you wake up.

Bath : Take a good shower & clean body thoroughly.

Trim : Trim uneven hairs from every where.

Moisturizer : Apply Moisturizer after shower.


Weekly

Clean Ear : Ear wax is a problem everyone has to deal with. The human body produces ear wax as a protective measure (keeping out bacteria, bugs, and dirt), but sometimes TOO MUCH ear wax is produced. The easiest way to clean ear wax is to oil it a night before. Use olive oil for better result.

Monthly

Trim Nose Hair : Trim nose hair once in a month, they grow slowly but hairs flowing out of your nose is a big turn off.

Haircut : Get a haircut which suits your face once in every 4 weeks.


Body Wax : wax your body hairs including genital hairs, It doesn't look good.
